  1. What does the attached termination notice mean to my business?

    Globepost will continue to offer flight content up to 28th December 2007; until this date you can make bookings in the normal way, i.e. through our website www.globepost.co.uk, call centre on 0871 472 5391 or through any XML functionality or by queuing bookings if applicable. After 28th December 2007 you will need to have another flight provider in place to take your bookings.

  2. Will I be able to contact Globepost?

    You can contact Globepost call centre as normal on 0871 472 5391 or email globepostreservations@lastminute.com. From 28th December 2007 this number will automatically be diverted to the lastminute.com call centre in Woking who will facilitate your call.

  3. How do I make payments?

    Payments will be collected as usual by our accounts payable department. If you have any payment or refund queries please contact our accounts department on 0871 472 5405 or email globepostaccounts@lastminute.com

  4. How do I apply for a refund?

    Contact our accounts department on 0871 472 5405 or email globepostaccounts@lastminute.com and they will arrange any applicable refund.

  5. What if a customer wants to make an amendment to their itinerary?

    Please call the call centre on 0871 472 5391 or email globepostreservations@lastminute.com and they will make any amendments and advise of any applicable charges.

  6. What if a customer needs to cancel their reservation?

    Please call the call centre number on 0871 472 5391 or email globepostreservations@lastminute.com and any applicable refunds will be processed by our account department who can be contacted on 0871 472 5405.

    You can contact the call centre on 0871 472 5391 or view the reservation and flight details for scheduled flight on www.checkmytrip.com; your customer can access this directly if required.  Please note the fare is not displayed when using checkmytrip.com.
